Zubin Billimoria is a skilled and tenacious advocate for his clients inside of the courtroom. When he represented me, I felt safe and supported. One of the hardest parts of divorce and custody was the uncertainty. Zubin provided a realistic view of cost and what I could be doing on my end to reduce expenses and he proved to me that he is transparent and thorough in his work. Outside of the courtroom, you’d be hard pressed to find someone as genuine and as caring as Zubin. Attorney Tom Kauffman was absolutely amazing at my preliminary hearing in Homer City! I am very pleased with the way he handled my case and the outcome, not to mention he was very personable. I was also able to contact Jennifer at the law office any time prior to my hearing via telephone and email. She was always helpful and positive which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Tom and this law office.
*Update* I found myself in an unrelated matter months later in November 2024 from a DUI incident. There was no doubt I would ask Tom to represent me again and I am so thankful that I did. My main charge was the most serious I ever had in my life and did not know what to expect with the legal process. Tom and Jen made me feel at ease and genuinely cared about my case not to mention how knowledgeable they were with all of my questions.

As first time needing an attorney to settle an estate, I was lost but knew that I needed a law firm that could handle the sale of house, a subdivision of land enrolled in clean and green and gas royalties. My 18-year-old son was falsely accused of some serious charges by his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend not long after ending their relationship. We had no experience with lawyers, law enforcement, or the justice system, and we were overwhelmed with fear and confusion. From the moment I called for representation, Tom and his team sprang into action with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication.

Zubin Billimoria expertly handled the PFA side of the case, providing calm guidance and sharp legal skill during an emotionally charged time. Tom led the defense with exceptional care—gathering testimonies from community members, coordinating character witnesses, and helping us recover vital evidence like phone records and text messages. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this law office. From the very beginning, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly effective. I was facing charges in Pennsylvania while living out of state, and the stress of possibly having to travel back and forth and the case in general was overwhelming. Alex, Zubin, and Megan were all wonderful! They were very skilled, experienced, and friendly. They didn't BS us into expecting an unrealistic outcome and told us when it wasn't worth paying them to pursue something that wasn't going to work out. They were all very quick to respond when we would call or email. We had three previous attornies lie to us, mislead us, and ignore us for YEARS and all they managed to do was charge us five figures to accomplish nothing except making things worse.
